1) CAST-LA welcomes Suzhou Industrial Park administrative committee to visit Los Angeles (3/8)
CAST-LA (Chinese Association for Science and Technology California Chapter at Los Angeles) invited officials from the Suzhou Industrial Park administrative committee to introduce the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP, 江苏省 苏州工业园区), which is one of the best industrial parks in China. The topics will cover SIP’s achievements and investment environment. They will also introduce the policies for encouraging oversea scholars and entrepreneurs to start business in SIP.
Cousul XiangDong Ye of LA Consulate General will attend the seminar and answer questions.

2008年3月15日下午（2:00-5:00）在厦门市人才市场（厦门市湖滨东路319号）举办“厦门市2008年面向国内外招聘‘双高’人才交 流大会”，为招聘单位和“双高”人才提供交流对接平台。受邀人才可享受以下优惠（注：受邀人才指经审核并被邀请来厦参加交流大会的人才）：
1、免费参加交流大会；
2、免费返程票：从厦门市外应邀前来参加大会的人才，凭来程票换取由主办单位统一购买的离厦返回国内其他城市的返程票，返程票的费用由主办单位承担；
3、免费住宿：人才在厦参加大会，可享受大会统一安排的3月14日晚的免费住宿。特殊情况需继续住宿的，另行报主办单位审批。
4、其他费用自理。
