Subject: An Afternoon with Mr. Ding Shao Guang
Dear friends,
Beijing Association (USA) proudly sponsors a social gathering on Sunday, June
15 featuring a distinguished speaker, the most well-known Chinese paintist Mr.
Ding Shao Guang (see detail introduction below). Dinner and high quality
evening entertainment will also be provided. Students and professionals who are
interested in art, in life philosophy, and in social networking are warmly
welcome to join us!

Admission: $10 general admission
$8 for Beijing Association members ($4 for students)
Admission fee will be collected at the gate.

Introduction to the speaker:
Mr. Ding Shao Guang (known in the US by Shao Kuang Ting) was graduated from the
Beijing Central Arts Institute. He is a member of the Chinese Artist
Association (China) and Committee of 100 (US). He has been awarded honorable
professorship or guest professorship in over ten prestigious universities
around the world. He is generally regarded as one of the most well-known and
most successful Chinese paintists in the West. He is also recognized as an
excellent speaker with his distinguished character and style.
Beijing Association is happy to provide this rare opportunity for its members
and friends to learn Mr. Ding's achievements as well as his understanding of
the mutual relation between life and art. Mr. Ding is currently in Japan
hosting one of his grand personal exhibitions. He will also be available for
casual discussions after his talk.
