San Diego Chinese Association invites you to an exciting program titled �SDCA

Entrepreneur Development Program�. The highlights are summarized below. For

A series of four (4) sessions, each focusing on critical legal, financial and

operational issues confronting a company during the different stages of a

company's life cycle (from the business plan stage through to the exit strategy

Session II Beyond Formation: First Round Financing and Operating the Start-Up


Session III The Teen Years: Subsequent Financings, Generating Revenue and

Incurring Liabilities Beyond the Start-Up Stage


Session IV Cashing In: Preparing the Company for the Proper Exit Strategy
