大家好！今年年底我们本届执委会的任期和理事会中8位理事的任期即将结束。另有两位理事已经在年中提出辞职。根据本会的章程，我们需要在年底之前选出下届执委会，并由本届理事会选出不超过12位新任理事和任期尚未结束的7名理事一起组成下一届理事会。到11月30日提名截止日期结束时，有一组执委会竞选团队和10位理事候选人完成了提名程序。本届改选大会定于12月17号(周日)上午11点至下午3点在Santa Ana举行。

Dear PKU Alumni:

 

The term of our current PUAASC Executive Committee (EC) and 8 of our 15 members of the Board of Directors (BOD) will be ended at the end of this year. 2 board members resigned during this year. According to the PUAASC Bylaw, a new Executive Committee and up to 12 new board members should be elected before the beginning of year 2018 to serve the next term. The term of the ECs is 2 years and the term of the board members is 4 years. We now have 1 candidate team of EC and 10 candidates of the Board completed their nomination. The election  will be held on Dec 17, 2017 (Sunday) at the office of Lotus Hygiene Systems in Santa Ana.

 

Time: 11am to 3pm, Dec 17, 2017 (Sunday)

We will have a Christmas Party together to celebrate after the election. 

 

Ever since the inception of PUAASC in 1985, each term of BODs and ECs had worked together diligently serving PKU alumni in Southern California and contributed greatly to the prosperity of PUAASC. Thanks to those capable fellow alumni with the great spirit of community service who took the leadership to serve us, our organization and community is thriving!
