On April 4, 2010 (Sunday), PKU President Zhou Qifeng will come to LA to attend the PKU Wei Ming Forum & Charity Dinner at the Westin Pasadena Hotel hosted by PUAASC. He will bring with him a group of PKU delegates to join us. We are very grateful that President Zhou has agreed to be our keynote speaker despite of his busy schedule. He will talk about the recent development of PKU and the key issues of the advanced education in China. Please join us to send our warmest welcome to President Zhou.

With the hard work of our board and EC members, this event has received warm support from our sponsors and PKU friends in the local Chinese American community. The response rate is much beyond our expectation! Due to the tied timeline and our inexperience in organizing such an event, we encountered a little technical problem: we only reserved 10 dinner tables for the event but our sponsors and VIP guests have already taken more than half of the seats now. We urge you to book the tickets as early as possible if you plan to come to the event so that we can give priority to our members before we open the seats to outside friends and community organizations.
