Positions

 

Quantitative Analyst

 

We are looking for an exceptional quantitative analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the firm’s first-generation real-time portfolio construction engine, developing risk and return monitoring tools, building and back-testing quantitative trading strategies, and performing data analysis.

 

Ideal candidates should have two to five years of working experience handling large data sets in a numerical computation oriented development environment, with proven success in writing production-quality software in Java or C++, and demonstrate strong problem solving skills. The successful candidate will also have an advanced degree in a quantitative subject such as computer science, mathematics, or physics. Familiarity with scripting language such as Perl and Python is a plus. Working experience in finance will be helpful, but is not required. We welcome applicants with strong knowledge with natural language processing, image processing, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence.

 

 

Senior Execution System Developer

 

We are looking for an experienced equity trade execution system developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a high performance, low latency equity trade execution platform.

 

Ideal candidates should have bachelors’ or advanced degrees in computer science, and five to ten years’ experience in developing equity trading systems using Java or C++. Knowledge in Linux, database and messaging are essential. Prior experience with direct market access (DMA), broker algorithm trading, equity dark pools and commercial OMS/EMS systems will be highly valued. In addition, the successful candidate should demonstrate strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and excellent team work ability.

 

 

Senior Trading System Developer

 

We are looking for an experienced equity trading system developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a trading system that is capable of processing real-time data feeds.

 

Ideal candidates should have bachelors’ or advanced degrees in computer science, and five to ten years’ experience in developing equity trading systems using C++ or Java. Knowledge in Linux, database and messaging are essential. Prior experience with handling large-volume data in real-time environments will be highly valued. The successful candidate should also demonstrate strong work ethic, good attention to detail, and excellent team work ability.

 

 

 

 

System Administrator

 

We are seeking an experienced system administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage a growing enterprise computing environment that includes Linux and Windows based workstations/servers, and high-performance storage and networking units.

 

Ideal candidates should have bachelors’ degrees and at least five years’ relevant experience in managing high performance, high availability enterprise computing environments. Prior experience with front-office trading systems is a huge plus. The successful candidate should be a Linux expert, capable of designing and managing network, and have skills in the following areas:

 

• Desktop, server, storage and networking hardware

• Microsoft Windows server and desktop administration

• Database administration

• Firewall management

• RAID

• Managed switches

 

Our operation depends on the availability, scalability and reliability of our computer systems. Therefore, the system administrator should have excellent planning abilities and superior trouble-shooting skills. We will highly value any prior experience in administrating enterprise environment for a start-up company.
