1) (Announcement) Executive Committee Member Change
Dear alumni,
The 2004-2005 Executive Committee has been in operation since the beginning of
the year. In the past two months, we organized a number of activities and
received encouraging feedbacks. We would like to take this opportunity to thank
all of the volunteers for their services and all of the attendees for their
support.
In the mean time, our Executive Committee team has gone through some changes.
One of our Vice Presidents, Dr. Kewei Gong, has resigned from the committee due
to personal reasons. Dr. Alice Xinhua Qu has been approved by the Board of
Directors as the new Vice President. Alice graduated from Beijing Medical
University in 1988 and received her Ph.D. from Syracuse University. She is
currently an Office and Accounting Department Manager at Acrosser Technology.
We thank Kewei for his excellent service to PUAASC and wish that he will come
back to join us again in the future. We also extend our warmest welcome to
Alice.
In addition to Alice, many other volunteers have joined the Executive Committee
team and actively involved in the operation of our organization. They are:
