Dear alumni,
The current executive committee (EC) of PUAASC was elected at the end of 2003 and has served our members since the beginning of 2004. According to our bylaw, a new EC should be elected for the term of 2006-2007.
While we extend our gratitude to our current EC members and all volunteers who dedicated their time and effort serving our members in the past two years, we hope that more alumni will join the leadership and carry on the traditions of PUAASC.
The new EC shall consist of a president and four vice presidents (at least one from Beijing Medical University and one student). The responsibility of the new EC is to manage the day-to-day operation of PUAASC from 2006 through 2007.
Three presidential candidates have been nominated by themselves or fellow alumni:
Ni, Huimin (Richard) 85 History and International Politics
Wang, Ximeng 95 Chemistry (Postdoc)
Zhang, Hongyu 93 Chemistry (Ph.D.)
Their statements can be found at
