A delegation led by the Director of the Heilongjiang Department of Human

Resources will arrive in LA on Sunday. They are recruiting overseas Chinese

talents in sixteen areas. There will be a meeting at 6:00PM on Sunday night

(Nov. 9, 2003) at an Arcadia Restaurant. Beida alumni are welcome to attend.
